Gather your ingredients: You’ll need 2 ripe pears (cored and chopped), 1 cup of spinach, ½ cup of Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla), ½ inch of ginger (peeled), ½ cup of water or milk (almond, soy, or dairy), and 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness).
Prepare the pears: Wash the pears thoroughly. Cut them in half, remove the core, and chop them into smaller pieces. Leaving the skin on is a-okay since that’s where a lot of the nutrients are!
Combine ingredients in a blender: Add the chopped pears, spinach, Greek yogurt, ginger, and water (or milk) into a blender. Make sure the blender is securely closed.
